By the time I was at 14,000 ft my heart was banging and I could feel the cold terror through my body. Rather than calming it I tried to make it stronger until the moment he pushed me out of the plane and instantly every thought just STOPPED!!

What is that stimuli, switch, thought process, practice, realisation or whatever? That almost magical moment when someone who has behaved or thought one way all their life, suddenly and irreversibly decides to thinks and behave another.
Went to Newcastle yesterday to chat on Newcastle radio about what we are doing and what we have learnt so far, then visited Bessies long lost cousin.
Went Kayaking today – Totally exhausted so think we will have an early one.
