I Was doing an open eyed meditation this morning. Staring at the fast running water in the river outside the house we are in.

Most of our lives are spent on rails
Day in and day out chugging between one thought process and the next.

One predictable reaction and another
Wildly wishing we were somewhere else, or someone else. Yet finding a strange sense of comfort in the discomfort we are in.

An interesting fun survey by dating site Redhotpie.com.au on what we do and dont like in our partners. Life changing? Well it could be if you are single

ts easy to see our life and say ‘well that’s that’ but the reality is we only ever see a micro fracion of what ‘that’ really is.

The funny thing is most of us know this to be true but DON’T CARE. We are slaves to our senses. And when our sense tell us ‘this is your lot’ we tend to simply shrug our shoulders and agree.
