Thanks for these word of wisdom. I will try to remember these on my ‘down days’, that’s if my brain decides to function in a normal capacity. I know these words of wisdom are correct, I just have to have the strength to put them into place. I know in time I will get stronger. Thanks again.

Enjoy the 'journies ' in life that come your way…….turn every negative thought into a positive one and regard it as a blessing.
When things get tough……there is always light at the end of that tunnel.
You just have to get over the 'hiccups' in life and enjoy the time along the way.
Life is too short to waste on negative thoughts.

like I've already said ur Blog is helping but more than i ever would of thought it could or would.
My Dad is very sick & he is also my Mums carer even though he does'nt live with us & he is Crhonically sick he never complains & just helps helps helps every1 that he can & more, so I think my bit of winging is just that winging.
I am going 2 try try harder 2

New food,New music,New friends,New thoughts & hopefully New Job???
