LOVE THIS PLACE: -What a STUNNING place Sedona is. It has the reputation of the spiritual Mecca of America, with every flavor of spiritual practice all nestled between the amazing canyons

SEDONA METHOD GURU:- We got to interview Hale Dwoskin the Sedona Method Guru. I LOVE his work. It is so simple, teaching people the simplicity and power of  ’Letting Go’. I was very honored to get the time to pick his brains. (Ill pass on the wisdom soon)

LAY LINES AND VORTECEES:- The word is Sedona sits on a lay lines and boasts a bunch of ‘vortecees’. A place the believers claim are full of spiritual energy. Hey who am i to argue!!!  So naturally i climbed up the biggest canyon with the largest vortecee to see what all the fuss is about…………Did i feel anything? hmmmm well………..Lets just say i had a real problem leaving the rock. It was a REALLY nice place to be. So who knows!

INDIGO CHILDREN UP A MOUNTAIN:- I climbed up one of the most stunning canyons and discoved a group of self professed ‘indigo children’  meditating, playing that tibeten bell thing, and generally soaking up the ‘vortecee’. I had a really great time chating to them about life the universe and everything and sitting soaking in the view.

Its amazing who comes along when you least expect. These guys had such energy and passion for seeking truth, they reminded me why i was out there with them.
