TIME To GET IN LINE – CONGRUENCE 101
Congruence – One of my favorite words and probably my life’s quest! (I even have the word of the Delphic oricle tattooed in Latin on my arm to remind me. ‘Know thyself and be true’
It may not be a word people talk about very often but it sure as hell should be.
Lack of congruence means we flit from one thing to another, always looking but never quite finding.
Pop spirituality, relationships, food, gurus, exercise, our work, good times, alcohol, drugs, TV………We use all of these things as substitutes to the fact that our lives are NOT CONGRUENT!
The degree to which we experience inner turmoil, emotional pain and that feeling of emptiness is often in direct correlation to how congruently we are living our lives
So what is it really? Congruence is that place where your heart meets your soul, meets your mind, meets your motives, meets your actions. And all are completely aligned!
When your everyday actions are not based on worry, fear and ego, but on your deepest truth.
Real.congruence is sensed in every pore and fiber. From the top of your head to the tip of your toes, and through every emotive organ (ones you feel sensations in) such as the stomach, heart and lung
Although it is never about being ‘Right’ it is an absolute KNOWING!
True congruence leaves no thought for what others think. It rarely takes the route our egos would prefer, and often stands us in contradiction to the rest of the world
It offers, should we be prepared to give up out insecurities and addictions, the deepest sense of peace possible, effortless commitment, absolute acceptance, inarguable certainty and the pure guilt free joy of life!
Of course there is false congruence. That, ‘My absolute right way v your wrong way’ people love to judge others by. But true congruence need not judge since it is purely personal .
How can you possibly judge the congruence of another whos life you don’t live, without stepping out of your own to do so!
Anyway todays blog is a reminder to take a moment to LISTEN and aligne!!!!!!.
A life in line, heart mind and soul is a life of ultimate fulfillment, absolute possibility, peace and love.
