THIS IS WHY LETTING GO IS REALLY ALL THAT MATTERS
This great post was sent in by a Life Changer and I thought ‘wow how true’ For those of us on the path it’s a really good reminder not to get caught up in TRYING!!
“ For me, the path of love isn’t so much a path as it is a tightrope that I find myself on.
Hold on, but not too hard…
Use your instinct, but don’t let your ego fool you…
Embrace your emotions, but don’t wallow in self-pity and beat yourself up…
Take credit for your manifestations, but don’t praise your self too much and if you’re bragging, that’s the ego…
Connect to your emotions and find how they support you, but don’t get lost in them…
Be aware of your thoughts, but don’t be the thinking, be the witnessing…
Nothing is bad or good, so even if you’ve fallen off the path, its in perfect order, but don’t forget to pick up the lesson that came from choice…
Don’t resist your emotions and don’t suppress them, but don’t let them overwhelm you and overtake you.
Be aware of what is showing up for you and why, but also, the story doesn’t really matter, embracing the emotions is the main thing.
Oh, and if you’ve come this far, you’re thinking too much about it. Just “allow” it all to happen naturally. Just be aware.
What an absolute mind-twist.
