AMEN its stopped raining. The sun is out and the sky is blue.
Thank god for that. 4 days of torrent and flood. Fortunately we survived although we nearly lost Sarahs car at one point and the tent all but blew away.
ENERGY HEALING
Met with a woman called Meg today who specializes in ‘energey healing’. Based in coffs I have always been a bit skeptical about this kind of ‘waving the hands over you’ sort of thing.
Anyway she did a session with me that was incredible. Aside from getting to the bottom of some things I have had on my mind for years I feel like a new person. Not sure how or what she did but something certainly shifted for the better.

Ok so maybe I am turning into a bit of a hippy walking around in a sarong the guys from Pashka in Coffs shopping strip were kind enough to donate to our adventure. But isn’t that part of the fun.
RAW FOOD
So we started in earnest our raw food diet – Nothing cooked for 7 days or so. Wasn’t easy eating raw broccoli outside a fish n chip shop but I have it on good authority it is quite a life changing experience so I will give it a go.
Having said that Ollie has whipped up the most amazing raw food sushi n salad that looks restaurant quality….This I can live with
COMMUNE LIVING
Tomorrow we are going to a commune to talk to them about their life changes and how it affects their lives. These guys are quite private so we are not allowed to reveal their location which makes it kinda fun. If we don’t come back look for the bearded guy in the sack cloth n sandals hehe
