good-vibesOne good thing about going from place to place has been the perspective it gives.

Without doubt places and people give off an energy and this energy interacts with our own causing us to behave in different ways.

With all the traveling we do these days you would think we would notice this more and value the importance of ‘protecting our state of mind or ‘vibration’’ a little more.

Unfortunately it seems we are so bombarded with ideas, colours, sensations, opinions, news, views and emotional spam that we accept it as normal and desensitize to the whole thing.

This may be useful to us on the surface, but it’s crippling deeper down.

As the ‘vibrations’ from the cacophony around you affects one cell after another, like dominos or the ripple effect in a pool, drilling deeper and deeper into your body, mind and soul, you become less ‘YOU” and more……………..Well, out of whack!

It becomes harder for you to hear your inner voice and your choices get coloured and skewed away from your ‘natural path’

Even more distressing, as your core vibrates the ‘real you’ outwards, it comes into conflict with the part now vibrating in tune with the rest of the chaos around you, and it sets up a ‘dis-ease’.

Some people experience this ‘dis-ease’ as depression, lethargy, frustration, a feeling of incongruence, od discontent, anger, hurt and of course disease. (most of our modern maladies)

But the solution is simply. Give the real you, at your core.The part naturally in harmony with life’s flow and desperately trying to shine, a chance to reclaim some of the parts you have given away to the social illusions around you.

Maybe we should take a little time to notice exactly what we are giving away and why. And spend a little more time reclaiming who we REALLY are.
