Stunning morning in Nelsons bay – What a lovely little town. We parked near the beach and BB made sandcastles while I meditated. JUST PERFECT!
Today Im off to Newcastle university to participate in a culinary science research project that they are hoping will have a Life Changing effect on peoples taste buds. Ill tell you more when I know more. Right now im going with the flow. Or perhaps I just have a gut feeling and am following my nose……..ok enough of the food jokes.
THROW AWAY LINES AND THE REAL YOU?
Everyday when I sit and write to you im amazed at what comes out. I rarely have any idea what im going to say before I start but somehow it comes together.
What I find most fascinating is which pieces get a response and which don’t.
Quite often ill write something and think ‘WOW that’s profound’… Only to have it entirely ignored.
Other times ill type a throw away comment and receive 20 messages saying it was, ‘Amazing! Just what they needed’
It’s a nice reminder that you never know when you are helping someone. Just know that if you are speaking/acting from the heart, chances are you are.
How crazy is that. Your heartfelt throw away lines. Tossed overboard to become the life saver for someone else.
I guess todays blog I just want to remind people how easy it is to make a difference just being the REAL you J

Thanks for what you write.. I have found that very same thing.. I am a stay at home single mother of 5 (four at home).. hard of hearing.. and newly separated.. Life is challenging.. I do not get out much.. but the internet has opened up my world.. I love to inspire… share my faith.. encourage that sort of thing.. There is always someone who needs a kind word or someone to care..

And I also found that when answering people.. It just flows.. I have no idea what I am going to say.. but as I respond from a heart that cares.. the words flow..
