qwOH WHAT A NIGHT! A Hestons Feast Experience

Carl & Kelie are two people who came to us quite unexpectedly through the magic of going with the flow.

We had hoped to experience something special food wise on our Life Change Experience, and these guys are perfect example of people giving up everything to live their passion, despite the risks.

And what a passion! Science, art, theatre & cuisine all meeting in your mouth.

Our experience started by going to the science lab at new-1Newcastle uni where Carl, Kelie and a group of scientists for a new study to work out how the human brain responds to different culinary stimuli like flavour, sight and smell.

It ended in us experiencing their unique 12 course degustation experience.

There is nothing in Australia like this.

And the magic is all done in a little 12 seat ‘restaurant’ in qw (6)a shopping arcade in Nelsons Bay.

Moments into walking in the door you know this is not going to be just a meal when they present you with a ………Well im not allowed to tell because part of the point is the surprise. But I can tell you its YUMM..and REALLY ummmmmm shall we say unusual!~

If you have ever watched Hestons feasts you’ll be on the right track for this one of a kind experience.

Literally Life Changing, since it not only shows you what passion and inspiration can do

qw (7) on a plate, but because the young couple presenting it have put in so much thought heart and vision to give you a night to remember.

Thanks guys for the inspiration and the experience. Well worth a drive from Sydney
