Brrrrr how cold is it this morning. But what a BEAUTIFUL DAY in Orange
HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY
The left handed whopper, where people were told the condiments were designed to drip out the other side. And the Italian spaghetti tree, filmed being harvested were two international April fools that had thousands of people duped.
Humans are incredibly gullible to say the least. Just ask a person of one religious persuasion about a person with another and vica versa. But everyone can’t be right? Can they ?
Most of the faithful seem to agree you can’t experience the benefits of their belief without first believing it! Which makes for lousy science experimentation.
But it does suggest our power over our own mind first is a key. And that if we believe our lives are crappy, unlucky, uninspired or unhappy the chances are they will be.
So perhaps this Aprils biggest fool is not the person willing to believe an unbelievable belief system that makes them happy. But the person NOT!
Too caught in the drama and illusion of their own ‘truth’ to try.

POP STAR TO LIFESAVING PILOT
Some of you may remember Dave Dixon from the pop group Indecent Obsession and the musical Joseph. Dave and his lovely psychologist wife Binda invited us to stay last night.
Once regulars on TV, Radio and the inner city celeb party circuit Dave made a conscious effort to leave it all behind and learn to fly ambulance helicopters. Now spending his day saving lives and picking up pieces of broken people in accidents.
When I asked him why he had turned down so many lucrative offers back in the industry he and his wife explained that the city energy really messed with their inner happiness.
Binda said it was the constant drive to obtain more. To buy, throw away and invest so much of your life energy repeating this pointless never ending cycle.
Of course there is nothing wrong with having great stuff and getting more of it. But when it defines you and distracts you from experiencing real happiness’s. It can be soul destroying!

I bet it must have been great to catch-up with David again after so many years. Very good point that his wife Binda made about inner happiness though. Totally agree.
Not long until you are all back YAY looking forward to catching up

Hello there, Happy April Fool’s Day!!!
A drummer, sick of all the drummer jokes, decides to change his instrument.
After some thought, he decides on the accordion. So he goes to the music store and says to the owner, “I’d like to look at the accordions, please.”
The owner gestures to a shelf in the corner and says, “All our accordions are over there.”
After browsing, the drummer says, “I think I’d like the big red one in the corner.”
The store owner looks at him and says, “You’re a drummer, aren’t you?”
The drummer, crestfallen, says, “How did you know?”
The store owner says, “That ‘big red accordion’ is the radiator.”
Happy April Fool’s Day!
A good job is only a good one if you enjoy doing it. If you go home frustrated every night it is not only you that is unhappy but the whole family. Better to have less worldly goods and peace and happiness in the home and your hearts. Money should be to give us our NEEDS, not to rule our lives. The happiest people alive are usually poor.
