THE SPEED OF LIFE
Are you frustrated at how slowly your changes happen. Slow progress is usually the biggest reason we quit.
Yet we forget that our brain. The part that has to change first. Must literally grow, just like any other body part or plant.
Cut your finger and you can yell, scream and apply creams and plasters day and night, but its still going to take a period of time for each tiny little cell to reproduce mature and bond.
Plant a seed and all the fertilizer and water in the world dosent change the fact that cells need time to replicate FULL STOP!
So why do we expect to make instant change when the premis of ALL change is NEW CELL GROWTH FIRST.
Don’t let your impatience sabotage your life change – You will get there when you get there 1 cell at a time.
The most we can do is give LIFE a chance and optimize the conditions that promote neural cell growth. REPETITION, REST & REPETION

MINI UPDATE
Bess had a great time speaking at a National Australia Bank corporate function yesterday in Melbourne. She loves speaking and is great at it so i didn’t mind being daddy daycare again.
BlueBelle and I spent 8 hours going through pages of Memorabilia from our past that we kept after the give away. We didn’t think magazine clippings would be of much use to anyone. But looking through all the stuff I did think ‘WOW. Whos life is this?
Its amazing how things look when you look back after a life change. Im glad we did what we did, but im even more glad we are doing what we are doing.
Funny thing is, we may not be living as large but life feels so much more vital. I LOVE IT
